Nothing Important, just whenever youhave a chance to get back to me (4 day response time)
I have a somewhat important issue, please get back to me when you can (2 day response time)
I have a really important issue please get back to me ASAP (12 hour response time)
My issue is critical PLEASE contact me now (2 hour response time)
How would you like REX support to reply to you?
